This position supports both the construction and demolition divisions. In addition to leading remodels and interior build-outs, you'll manage selective and full demolition projects, from residential structures and pools to mobile home removals, ensuring safety, schedule, and client satisfaction across both scopes. You'll work closely with ownership, clients, and subs to clarify scopes, control costs, and maintain compliance. From structural removals and interior demo sequencing to finish detailing and client turnover, you'll own the results from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycles: preconstruction handoff, planning, procurement, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
• Lead field operations across high-end residential, commercial remodel, and selective/full demolition projects.
• Develop and maintain schedules; sequence trades and demo crews to hit milestones and delivery dates.
• Oversee budgets, cost tracking, pay apps, and change orders; mitigate risks through proactive coordination.
• Enforce safety protocols across both construction and demo scopes; lead toolbox talks and compliance checks.
• Coordinate with inspectors, permitting authorities, and AHJs to ensure all work meets Florida Building Code and regulatory standards.
• Communicate with owners, franchise reps, designers, and subcontractors to maintain clarity and accountability.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, and change documentation.
• Support estimating with scope clarifications, takeoff review, and subcontractor vetting when needed.
• Promote teamwork and mentorship among field and office teams.
  
  

Qualifications

• 4 or more years' experience managing construction projects (residential remodels, commercial interiors, or selective demo).
• Proven success running multiple jobs, sequencing trades, and delivering on schedule and budget.
• Working knowledge of the Florida Building Code, permit processes, and jobsite safety requirements.
• Experience in franchise/brand build-outs (QSR/retail) and high-end residential remodels strongly preferred.
• High-end residential experience (equine/estate projects).
• Familiarity with selective demolition, structural shoring, or controlled tear-out planning is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen (budgets, COs, pay apps) and documentation discipline.
• Clear, professional communication with clients and subs; steady leadership in the field.
• Proficiency with common PM tools (scheduling, plans/apps); ability to read and interpret drawings/specs.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to jobs across Central/North FL.
  
  

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-time, on-site role based in Ocala, FL, with regional travel to jobsites.
• Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience, with bonus potential.
• Compensation includes salary, bonus potential, and a benefits package (health, PTO, and company vehicle support depending on project needs). Full details will be provided during the interview process.
