Territory: We are looking to fill roles in Stark, Summit, Portage, and Medina counties
Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

How we support you professionally:
- This position is paid at a competitive hourly rate, with additional earning potential available through opportunities to pick up visits at our Per Diem rate
- Case Loads of 12-15 Patients
- Mileage reimbursement for any company travel
- Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance/Supplemental insurance (begins immediately upon hire)

As a Hospice Aide, you will:
- Perform personal care according to the Hospice Aide Plan of Care
- Document care provided according to agency policy
- Report any deviations from the Plan of Care
- Use DME safely
- Take vital signs
- Provide respite for patients family/caregiver when on-site, as appropriate
- Participate in IDG meetings, as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Received a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training with at least 16 hours of devoted to supervised practical training and with at least 16 hours of classroom instruction completed.
- One year experience as a CNA, hospice aide, or home health aide.
- At least 18 years old.
- Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.
- The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
