- Knowledge of spelling, grammar, and punctuation needed to process client information along with the ability to file materials correctly
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a call center environment, able and eager to answer and place calls quickly
- Interact with many types of personalities in a professional and friendly manner
- Ability to work within deadlines and possesses excellent time management skills
- Ability to consistently work under pressure and work in a high call volume environment
- Drive, meet personal and team goals
- Organized and accurate, you take responsibility for the quality of your work and continually improve and learn
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00
Starting hourly wage is $18.50
Marketing Experience is a plus
