What are the responsibilities and job description for the Claims Coordinator position at Patriot Angels?
A Claims Specialist has the opportunity to make a huge impact on the families we serve. You are the point of contact to help our clients through the process of filing a claim. You answer questions, collect documentation, and communicate both on the phone and through email daily. You have a healthy balance of working on your own as well as part of a team.

Must-haves:
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a call center environment
- Data entry, typing, attention to detail, organized
- Reliable, you show up, on time, ready to work
- Honesty, you aren’t in the habit of lying, stealing or cheating
- Patience, you know how to adjust for the person on the phone, not the other way around
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, follow up to ensure resolution
- Diligence, answer your phone consistently
- Communication skills, able to explain something in different ways so the person on the phone understands
- Drive, meet personal and team goals
The details:
Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 schedule with occasional Saturdays.
We work in a comfortable office environment. The job requires that you sit for most of the day. We want you to come grow with us!
Starting Pay: $18.50/ hr
After 90 days: $20/hr
-Pay structure dependent on client load.
