About Patrick Henry’s
Patrick Henry’s Restaurant & Bar is entering an exciting new chapter. Located on the Hudson River at the James Newbury Hotel, we’re under new management and revamping our restaurant, team, and overall guest experience.
We’re building a culture centered around great food, genuine hospitality, consistency, teamwork, accountability, and high standards.
We’re looking for Servers who genuinely enjoy taking care of people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences. We want people who understand that exceptional service goes beyond taking orders — it's about making every guest feel welcomed, valued, and excited to return.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional service from the moment guests arrive through the end of their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, and make thoughtful recommendations
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while anticipating guest needs and maintaining a high standard of hospitality
- Work with speed, efficiency, and a sense of urgency during busy service periods without sacrificing quality
- Accurately enter orders, process payments, and manage guest checks using the POS system
- Maintain clean, organized, and stocked dining areas while completing opening, closing, and side work responsibilities
- Support the team by running food, clearing and resetting tables, and assisting wherever needed
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and fellow servers to ensure smooth and efficient service

Previous serving or restaurant experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine passion for hospitality.
