Be a part of our growing restaurant group overseeing 7 fast food restaurants to ensure operating procedures are met, and coaching and developing the restaurant managers at each unit.
Essential Job Duties for the Restaurant District Manager:
- Oversee the daily operations of 7 locations.
- Coach and develop Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Managers.
- Ensure that procedures and policies are upheld.
- Ensure that food quality is upheld.
Job Qualifications for the Restaurant District Manager:
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 2 years of District Manager experience in a fast food or quick-service restaurant. Drive thru experience is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully leading a team of 120 team members.
- Strong analytical thinking; ability to read and train managers on financial reports.
- Coaching & training mentality.
Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
