Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Oversee calendar management for meetings, appointments, and events with excellent time management skills
  • Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking
  • Addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist with office supply inventory management and procurement to ensure operational readiness

Experience

  • Proven experience in administrative roles
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Previous clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document preparation
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Experience with phone etiquette
