Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our COO and help keep our office running smoothly. You’ll handle scheduling, communication, and general office tasks, making sure our team stays coordinated and supported. If you enjoy staying on top of details, helping people, and being part of a collaborative team, this role is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the COO with calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
- Help keep office operations organized, including filing, records, and documentation.
- Assist with projects, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and events for the leadership team.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Pitch in on day-to-day tasks to help the team stay on track.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2 years of administrative or executive support experience (healthcare or small business experience a plus).
- Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM or project tools (Salesforce, KIPU, Dazos, etc.).
- Dependable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional, friendly, and collaborative approach to supporting the team.
- Ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
