Role Description
This is a contract Administrative Assistant role based on-site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily office operations, scheduling appointments, handling clerical tasks, providing executive-level administrative support, and ensuring clear and professional communication with patients, vendors, and staff. Maintaining an organized, efficient, and professional office environment will be a core aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks to support office operations and leadership.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and external partners effectively.
