LPN (Urgent Care)

Job Purpose:
- The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at PCP Urgent Care Holdings LLC is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in an urgent care setting. The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver efficient and effective patient care, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist physicians and registered nurses with medical procedures.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Support the healthcare team in managing patient flow and prioritizing care.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training activities.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in nursing practice.

Required Education:
- Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of practice.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse, preferably in an urgent care or similar fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Experience in patient assessment and care planning.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in clinical skills such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and performing routine laboratory tests.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
