Clinic Manager (Urgent Care)

Job Purpose:
- The Clinic Manager at PCP Urgent Care Holdings LLC is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services. This role involves managing staff, optimizing patient flow, and maintaining high standards of patient care and satisfaction. The Clinic Manager will also be responsible for implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage and supervise clinic staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
- Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.
- Monitor patient flow and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and reduce wait times.
- Manage clinic budgets, including monitoring expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to enhance service delivery.
- Address and resolve patient complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze clinic performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with senior management to align clinic operations with organizational goals and objectives.

Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinic or urgent care setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing clinic operations and staff.
- Experience in budgeting, financial management, and strategic planning within a healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
