We are urgently seeking an experienced Travel CT Technologist to join a fast-paced clinical team in Washington, DC. This role is ideal for a highly skilled imaging professional with strong trauma and stroke experience who can step in quickly and deliver high-quality patient care in a critical setting.

This role is ideal for a highly skilled imaging professional with strong trauma and stroke experience who can step in quickly and deliver high-quality patient care in a critical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Computed Tomography (CT) and radiographic equipment safely and effectively
- Adjust technical factors based on patient body habitus to ensure optimal imaging quality
- Accurately position patients and follow physician orders
- Review clinical data to produce high-quality diagnostic images while minimizing radiation exposure
- Assist physicians during procedures, including room preparation, contrast administration, and emergency response (e.g., contrast reactions, codes)
- Schedule and complete imaging exams and enter correct charge codes
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent required
- Completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program (Required)
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification (Required)
- Current State/District license (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT imaging, with trauma and stroke experience (Required)
Additional Requirements:
- Must reside at least 50 miles from Washington, DC to qualify for travel status
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in high-acuity environments
