PCA / Caregiver (Ramsey) - 9am-5pm (Monday-Friday)

We patiently care for the loved ones entrusted in our care. Patience In Home Care provides home care nursing services for people with complex medical needs in the North Twin Cities Metro (Anoka County and surrounding areas).

• Full-Time - 9am-5pm (Monday-Friday)

• Providing 1:1 care in a loving home.

We are looking for a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patient’s homes in accordance with an established care plan.

• Responsibilities
  • Provide health care services in patient's residence (including showering, dressing and toileting assistance).
  • Transferring assistance.
  • Perform domestic and household tasks (light housekeeping & laundry)
  • Helping client with organization
  • Assist with client’s personal care activities
  • Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

• Skills and Requirements
  • Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
  • Assisting with showering
  • Proficiency in English
  • Caring and compassionate personality
  • Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs.

• Helpful Skills
  • Proven working experience as Personal Care Assistant
  • Health care administration skills
