PCA / Caregiver (Float)

We patiently care for the loved ones entrusted in our care. Patience In Home Care provides home care nursing services for people with complex medical needs in the North Twin Cities Metro (Anoka County and surrounding areas).

• Day shifts

• Providing 1:1 care in a loving home on an "on-call" or "fill-in" basis.

• We are looking for a compassionate Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patient’s homes in accordance with an established care plan.

• Provide health care services in patient's residence (including bathing, and toileting assistance).
• Transferring assistance.
• Perform domestic and household tasks.
• Assist with client’s personal care activities.
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises.
• Assist patient with laundry.
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support.

• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in English.
• Caring and compassionate personality.
• Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer up to 50lbs.
• Proven working experience as Personal Care Assistant.
