  • Monitor training completion, competency validation, certification requirements, retraining needs, and overall training effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training and Development, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in training, program operations, onboarding, staff development, IDD services, healthcare, or human services required.

  • Must be, or be willing and able to become, a DDD Certified Trainer for applicable required programs, including Article 9, First Aid/CPR, Positive Behavior Support, Abuse & Neglect, and PROUD.
  • Strong understanding of regulated documentation, compliance requirements, and quality expectations within healthcare, IDD, or human services environments preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage frontline employees, supervisors, managers, and organizational leadership.
  • Professional, confident, organized, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle for organization-wide travel.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Flexible); some evenings and weekends may be required.
  • Performance-driven role balancing strategic training program development with direct facilitation and operational support.
  • Frequent in-person and virtual training with varying group sizes and employee roles.
