Community Support Team (CST) Qualified Professional

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for exceptional behavioral health professionals who are ready to make a real difference in the lives of individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. As a Community Support Team (CST) Qualified Professional, you will play a critical role in helping individuals achieve stability, build resilience, and successfully navigate their recovery journey within their communities.

This is more than a case management position, it's an opportunity to become a trusted advocate, problem solver, and catalyst for positive change. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide intensive community-based services, coordinate care, connect individuals to vital resources, and help remove barriers that impact their health, recovery, and overall well-being.

We are seeking motivated professionals who are passionate about serving others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care. If you are looking for a career where your work has a direct and lasting impact, where every day presents an opportunity to help someone move closer to their goals, and where your expertise is valued, we invite you to join our team.

What You Will Do

As a Community Support Team (CST) Qualified Professional, you will work directly with adults experiencing mental health and substance use challenges, helping them build the skills, confidence, and support systems necessary to live successfully within their communities. You will serve as a key member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, providing individualized, community-based interventions that promote recovery, independence, stability, and overall wellness.

In this role, you will meet members where they are, both physically and emotionally. Through meaningful engagement, therapeutic interventions, crisis support, skill development, and care coordination, you will help individuals overcome barriers that impact their daily lives. Whether assisting a member in managing symptoms, connecting them with community resources, strengthening family relationships, or developing coping strategies, your work will create measurable and lasting change.

You will have the opportunity to work independently in the community while receiving ongoing support and clinical guidance from your Team Lead and fellow behavioral health professionals. This position offers a unique balance of autonomy, collaboration, and direct service, allowing you to build strong relationships with members while partnering with community providers, healthcare professionals, and support networks to ensure comprehensive care.

Success in this role requires compassion, strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to helping individuals achieve their personal recovery goals. Every day presents an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the people and families we serve.
