Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Pathways Forward is seeking a highly organized and mission-driven Coordinator of Training and Quality Management to lead agency-wide training initiatives and oversee quality management and compliance efforts. This key management role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director and plays a vital part in strengthening staff development, service quality, and regulatory compliance across the organization.
Position Overview
The Coordinator of Training and Quality Management is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering comprehensive staff training programs while overseeing performance improvement, quality management, and compliance activities. This position works closely with leadership, committees, and regulatory entities to ensure high quality, compliant, and person-centered services.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Staff Development
- Oversee and coordinate all colleague training and educational opportunities, including orientation, department-specific training, compliance, and continuing education
- Develop and maintain annual and monthly training calendars aligned with the agency’s strategic plan, mission, vision, and values
- Create and implement orientation manuals for Mental Health, Intellectual/Developmental Disability, Early Intervention, and non–case worker staff
- Deliver monthly training series and support professional growth initiatives agency-wide
- Chair the Staff Education and Training Committee and ensure quarterly meetings are held
- Serve as System Administrator for the myLearningPointe (mLP) e-learning platform
- Support staff credentialing and competency development (QM certification preferred)
- Track, analyze, and report training and education data to leadership and committees
Quality Management & Compliance
- Oversee all quality management and performance improvement activities
- Assist with Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), outcomes management, and risk management
- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and County regulations
- Serve as point person for state licensure and regulatory reporting
- Analyze and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics
- Chair the Quality Management Committee (quarterly) and Health & Safety Committee (monthly)
- Administer satisfaction surveys using QuestionPro (QP)
- Prepare quality management reports for senior leadership and the Board of Directors
- Maintain strong relationships with regulatory and funding entities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health/human services, Education, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
- Experience in training, quality management, compliance, or performance improvement preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Other Requirements:
- Act 33/34 clearances required.
- Accessibility to a vehicle is necessary.
