What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Administrative Assistant for Christian homeschool program position at Pathways Enrichment Program?
Seeking an experienced and organized part-time Administrative Assistant for the Director of Pathways. Work will be completed on site at Rejoice Lutheran Church in Frisco, TX on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. Duties include:
- Provide administrative assistance and on-site supervision for part time homeschool program. Reports directly to the Pathways Director.
- Provide support to teachers including making copies, providing classroom supplies as needed, etc.
- Process and organize annual registration paperwork, tuition payments
- Organize and order necessary office supplies
- Write weekly email newsletter communication to parents
- Act as point person for requests and concerns from parents as needed
- Respond to email/phone communication from families
- Create and post regular social media posts to promote Pathways on FB/IG
- Provide outdoor supervision to students during lunch break
Preferred candidates will have a strong Christian faith, completed at least some college coursework, have experience with administrative support, working in an education setting, and excellent computer and organizational skills.
Compensation: Starting at $17/hr. DOE for 12 hours per week from August 2026 - May 2027.
