DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will supervise and monitor youth program participants ages 14-17 from June 8, 2026-July 10, 2026, with mandatory training on Tuesday, June 2, 2026. Under the direction of the Program Coordinator, the TYFS Supervisor will be responsible for administering all facets of the Training Youth for Success Program, special events and community-based programs. The TYFS Supervisor will be accountable for the administration and assistance of overall programming and services which includes but is not limited to: program oversight-supervising, reporting, escalating and evaluating students, program assistance, technical assistance, project planning & implementation, special project coordination, project documentation, field trip attendance and monitoring, chaperone, supervise youth interns and evaluate, youth job site review, transport youth to job site, attendance monitoring.
The TYFS Supervisor will also assist with the management and in classroom monitoring of youth. The TYFS Supervisor must have a passion for assisting and serving youth. You will monitor youth in the job ready training and employment internship program and oversee youth interns at job site(s).

Pay & Schedule
$19.00/hr. from 9:30am-4:30pm , 5 days/week.

Qualifications:Education & Skills Needed
Strong organizational, communication, reporting, and time management skills required.
Requirements
Background check, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, policy enforcement, data reporting, ability to multitask, and conflict resolution skills. Must pass criminal background check and drug test. Valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable/available transportation to visit job sites on Thursdays and Fridays. Oversee youth employees at job ready program and intern site. Ensure implementation of policies and practices. Must have reliable vehicle transportation (with current insurance). Available to work two evenings during the summer program. Must be able to collect data & submit reports. Must be dependable, confidential, and honest. Able to work with a diverse demographic population. Have a can-do attitude for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Must have a passion for youth.
Must be able to handle conflict resolution. Be available to attend MANDATORY First Day Supervisor Onboarding on Monday, June 2, 2026 & TYFS Student Orientation on Tuesday, June 2nd @ 5:30pm-8:30pm
