Position Overview
The ERP Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs and translating them into effective system solutions. This individual will support ERP configuration, system administration, reporting, integrations, and user support while contributing to ongoing system enhancements and process improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and administer ERP system settings, permissions, and security
- Troubleshoot system and application issues to restore normal operations
- Provide user support and guidance related to ERP functionality and reporting
- Develop operational reports and BI dashboards to support business decision-making
- Test, maintain, and monitor system performance and functionality
- Coordinate system updates, enhancements, and integrations
- Partner with business stakeholders to align system capabilities with operational needs
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, data accuracy, and system efficiency
- Train users on ERP functionality and best practices
- Evaluate vendor applications and tools for potential system improvements
- Establish documentation, SOPs, and process maps to support organizational learning
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to systems and data integrity
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications

- Solid understanding of business and accounting fundamentals
- Intermediate SQL and data querying experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

- Exposure to API integrations, web services, or automation tools preferred
- Experience with ERP systems in construction, manufacturing, or services environments a plus
- Familiarity with workflow automation or iPaaS tools a plus
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in ERP support, systems analysis, or application administration
