$65,000 – $80,000 Base Bonus

We are hiring a licensed therapist who is passionate about addiction recovery and mental health treatment and wants to work in a collaborative, supportive environment — without hospital bureaucracy.
What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient therapy (individual group)
- Facilitate IOP groups
- Conduct assessments & develop treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based care (CBT, MI, Trauma-Informed Care)
- Maintain 25 patient-facing hours weekly
- Manage a structured caseload (120–160 patients)
- Collaborate with MDs, Psychiatrists & Care Coordinators
- Complete timely documentation in EMR
Who We’re Looking For ( Licensure Required)
Active license in good standing:
- LCSW
- LMSW
- LPC-MHSP
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
