This position is responsible for ensuring Pathway's Core Values and Mission are at the forefront of all services.
This is a salaried position with excellent benefits! Do you possess experience working with people with disabilities, have experience in a supervisory/managerial capacity, and have a basic knowledge of Oregon's developmental disability service design? This position is responsible for staff supervision, planning, organizing, directing, and providing program development supports as well as fiscal management of each program. This person is a member of the senior management team and exercises a high degree of independent decision-making. This position directly supervises support staff. Initially overseeing Community Education Center and eventually adding Residential Services in future.
You must be able to successfully pass a State of Oregon criminal background check and have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history. Proficiency with computers including navigating email, Word, Excel, Therap and databases is preferred.
Minimum Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Services (e.g. Social Work, Psychology) with at least three (3) years of professional program experience is strongly preferred. or;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services (or related field) with at least seven (7) years of professional program experience is required. or;
- High School diploma/GED with extensive college courses in the social sciences and at least ten (10) years of professional program experience may be considered.
- Prior paid professional and supervisory experience in developmental disabilities is required although other human service work experience may be considered.
