At Pathway Caring for Children, we believe every child deserves connection, compassion, and hope. We are expanding our school-based mental health team and seeking a School-Based Therapist to serve students at Beacon Academy in Canton, Ohio.

What You'll Do

Provide individual and group therapy for students

Deliver trauma-informed care and crisis intervention

Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to create effective support plans

Model calm, consistency, and care within the school environment

Contribute to a positive, restorative school culture
Compensation
This is a Fee-for-Service (FFS) position with a competitive percentage of billed services, determined by licensure and experience.

Consistent, steady caseload through school-based referrals

Reliable earnings potential for full-time clinicians
Requirements

Active Ohio license: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC
-
Experience working with children and adolescents preferred

Valid driver's license and auto insurance
