PathPoint is seeking a full-time Program Administrator to lead our residential and social rehabilitation program located in Santa Barbara, CA. In this role, you will work in collaboration with the Program Coordinator and serve as the Community Care Licensing (CCL) administrator for the facility who provide treatment and support to clients with mild to severe mental health symptoms, including bipolar illness, depression, schizophrenia, personality disorders, and anxiety. If you are a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), you can receive supervision hours with us.

Schedule: This is a full-time position 40 hours per week. Core hours of operation are 7:45am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday with variability based on need of the house, including Saturdays and Sundays.
What You'll Do:
- Manage, order and track clients' medications and requests PRN authorization.
- Documents medication monitoring and communicates with psychiatrist or primary care doctor for authorization for clients to self-determine their use of as-needed medications.
- Has a thorough knowledge of all laws and regulations governing the facility and ensures the facility is in compliance.
- Completes necessary training and coursework to maintain CCL Administrator status and maintains necessary licensing files of staff and clients.
- Coordinates client care with treatment team. Assists and advises staff with developing, updating and implementing action plans.
- Provides ongoing assessment of clients' mental illness symptoms and responses to treatment and provides counseling, emotional support, and symptom recognition and management.
- In coordination with clients, develops, implements and updates individual Action Plans.
- Provides ongoing assessment of activities of daily living. Assists clients in the following areas when needed: personal hygiene, shopping and cooking skills, money management skills, accessing reliable transportation, and scheduling appointments.
- Provides direct coverage/support as needed. Is available for the on-call rotation schedule and provides support to staff for emergency situations.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in a Psychology or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience working with individuals with mental illness.
- Must be legally able to bill Medi-Cal.
- Must have a valid California Driver's License, satisfactory driving record, and be eligible for coverage on our auto insurance policy

Compensation: Starting pay is $34 per hour.
The pay range for this position is $34 to $37.5 per hour. The pay range is subject to change based on a variety of factors, and the maximum pay represents the wage potential based on attaining the highest level of position experience, talent, and responsibilities.
