• Current client relationships include City of Atlanta at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, Delta Airlines, and MARTA.
• Travel expectations: roughly 60% out of office / 40% in office (day trips and occasional overnight travel).
Location Priority
1st Choice: Candidates currently living in the Atlanta metro area reporting into the Atlanta hub.
2nd Choice: Candidates willing to relocate to Atlanta (relocation assistance available).
3rd Choice: Exceptional aviation BD “door-opener” candidates considered for remote work on a case-by-case basis.

What You’ll Own (What You’ll Do)
• Build and maintain relationships with airport owners/executives and strategic partners.
• Identify and develop opportunities through market intelligence and targeted networking.
• Drive Go/No-Go decisions to ensure alignment with company strategy.
• Lead owner debriefs to strengthen relationships and improve win rate.
• Support Marketing and Operations in proposals, interviews, and pursuit prep.
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
Territory & Market Focus
• Core Coverage: Virginia to Texas, focusing on top aviation markets like Texas, Florida, North Carolina, Atlanta, and Nashville.
• Regional support offices: Savannah, Greenville (SC), Nashville, and Mobile (plus Atlanta hub).
• Leadership open to strong candidates outside this territory if they bring valuable airport relationships and opportunities to expand new markets.
Ideal Candidate Profile (Bullseye What Wins)
• 10 years of business development experience.
• Background from aviation planning or aviation engineering/design (A/E) firms preferred.
• Must be able to 'talk shop'—fluent in aviation and airport language.
