The Adult Day Services (ADS) Specialist is to provide direct habilitation services to adults under the direction and supervision of the Day Habilitation Coordinator. The Day Services Specialist will be responsible for providing habilitative and/or vocational activities and options to individuals served by Pathfinder Village Day Services. The ADS Specialist will plan, coordinate, and implement targeted services to increase individuals’ independence and reach community or employment goals. Strong documentation skills are a must, as are strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with individuals and community partners.

Qualifications

• Required: Must have a high school diploma or equivalency

• Required: Must have a valid NYS driver's license

• Preferred: 1 year(s) experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities

Hourly rate of pay starts at $16.50 and is commensurate with experience.
