What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Maintenance Worker Supervisor position at Pathfinder, Inc.?
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Assures that all contract projects are performed to meet the specifications as laid out in the work order. Assures that work records of workers within the department are filled out properly and submitted in a timely manner.
MONDAY-FRIDAY, 7:00AM-3:30PM
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervisor: Assures that all employees are working and doing their work in a timely manner.
- Laborer: Physically will assist with mowing, mulching, pruning of trees when called upon.
- Administrative Duties: Completes day to day duty assignments for all employees. Double checks that all employees have clocked in/out on a daily basis.
- Repairs to Grounds equipment: Makes sure that the Grounds equipment is repaired and running so that work is done properly.
- Ordering of supplies needed to perform Grounds work.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Equivalent to four years high school or GED plus 2 years related experience and/or training, and 7 to 11 months related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Arkansas Drivers License, current liability insurance and registration, physically able to drive to various locations in Arkansas and able to be insured on Pathfinder vehicle.
