GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Works alone or assists with the repair and maintenance of structural woodwork and cabinets. Performs general repairs and maintenance on existing equipment and buildings.
MONDAY-FRIDAY, 7:30AM-4:00PM
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist or performs alone to build, repair, and install counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, doors, etc.
- Performs routine maintenance work.
- Replaces damaged ceiling tile, floor tile, and wall coverings (such as sheet rock).
- Installs window glass in windows or doors as needed.
- Installs venetian blinds, curtain rods, wall fans, hang pictures, for tenants in Pathfinder residential units.
- Assist in and/or repairs plumbing equipment as directed.
- Paint woodwork, walls and buildings.
- Repairs roofs as needed.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school or GED, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
