Your Role: Key Responsibilities
- Support senior attorneys in handling civil litigation and related matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and discovery documents
- Appear in court on routine matters and assist with trial preparation and trials
- Conduct legal research and stay current with applicable statutes and case law
- Review case files and assist in developing case strategy
- Maintain case management systems and ensure accuracy of legal documentation
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel under supervision
- Collaborate with legal staff to meet deadlines and court requirements
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license
- 0 to 10 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and work collaboratively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfort with legal tech systems
- Occasional travel for court appearances as needed

- Ability to pass a background and drug test
