Prime Absolute Transportation (PAT) is launching an exclusive, remote-first TLC Black Car Base in New York. We are currently onboarding professional TLC Owner-Operators and Lease Drivers for high-efficiency, localized medical manifests and Access-A-Ride trips.

Requirements:
- Must hold an active, valid NYC TLC Driver's License in good standing.
- Must have an active TLC-permitted vehicle (Standard Sedans, SUVs, and Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAV) are all welcome).
- Must pass an Access-A-Ride drug test screening.
