- Experience on Helpdesk duties, taking calls and dealing with customers and taking Level 2 application related tickets.
- Experience of reviewing and enforcement of Security compliance policy and procedure.
- Experience documenting/writing training materials.
- Developing and delivering employee training materials.
- Experience troubleshooting access issues/permissions, individual accounts, hardware, and applications.
- Experience lifting up to 25 lbs. of equipment and running cable over and under furniture.
- Experience using Ticket tracking systems (ITSM, Redmine, or equivalent).
