What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Systems Analyst position at Pat N Sally Inc?
- Experience leading a team of technical systems analysts in the gathering/analyzing of requirements for a complex project. Experience must include planning, eliciting, organizing and documenting business process requirements, encouraging stakeholders to resolve issues with design specifications, and evaluating technical solutions that have been implemented and suggesting technical process/design improvements.
- Experience in working with project stakeholders to implement solutions (Development team, Business SMEs by creating/analyzing business requirement document (BRD), software requirement specifications (SRS), business rules, traceability matrix, work flow diagrams, or other business or system requirement artifacts
- Experience creating SQL queries to analyze/validate back-end data processing for the purpose of identifying software system defects/anomalies
- Experience creating/analyzing workflow diagrams, business process diagrams, and technical process diagrams using MS Visio
- Experience creating wireframes for screen mockup/requirement purposes
