Located in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, Pastis Nashville features many of the beloved elements that define the iconic brand — a classic curved zinc bar outfitted with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors, all illuminated by the warm glow of Pastis’ signature golden lighting.
We’re seeking Grill Cooks who are passionate about open-fire cooking, precision, and consistency — and who thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen environment.

Who You Are:
2 years of experience as a Grill Cook or Line Cook in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
Excellent knowledge of grilling techniques, temperature control, and meat preparation
Strong knife skills and attention to detail
Ability to stay organized and composed under pressure
Team-oriented with a passion for delivering consistently excellent plates
Prior experience with French or brasserie-style cuisine is a plus
