Duties
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, or portioning items under supervision
- Support the catering team by preparing supplies and maintaining cleanliness during banquet events or large functions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by regularly cleaning countertops, sinks, floors, and storage spaces
- Follow food handling safety protocols to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently
- Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service hours to support smooth restaurant operations
- Assist in receiving deliveries by unpacking supplies and storing items properly in designated areas
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus, demonstrating ability to work efficiently in high-volume environments
