As our Junior Accountant, you will support core accounting operations in a fast-growing, global startup environment, helping ensure accurate financial records and smooth day-to-day processes. You’ll work closely with the Operations team to manage transactions, maintain financial data, and contribute to building scalable accounting practices.
What You’ll Do
Support accounting processes: Assist with maintaining and improving accounting policies, procedures, and best practices.
Prepare financial data: Help compile and organize financial reports; maintain accurate records using tools like QuickBooks Online and Apple Numbers.
Operational accounting: Create customer invoices, assist with vendor coordination, process purchase orders and payments, and support issue resolution with consistent follow-up.
International support: Assist in maintaining standardized processes across global entities while learning country-specific requirements.
Payroll support: Help review payroll-related entries, including reimbursements and benefits, ensuring accurate GL allocation.
Month- and year-end support: Assist in reviewing financial data, identifying discrepancies, and supporting audits and close processes.
Team support: Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth financial operations and contribute to a strong, accountable finance function.

What You’ll Bring
You must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2 years of accounting or relevant internship experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Excel, or Apple Numbers
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Interest in process improvement and building scalable systems
- Experience in international accounting
- A CPA license
- Exposure to startup or tech environments
