Passero Associates is seeking an Architectural Designer to join our growing Architecture team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across the aviation, institutional, commercial, municipal, and multi-family residential markets.
The ideal candidate is a motivated design professional who is passionate about architecture, enjoys collaborating in a team environment, and is eager to contribute to projects from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, design, and production of architectural projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, models, and construction documents using Revit.
- Support project teams through all phases of design and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal disciplines and external consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
- Participate in site visits, field investigations, and construction phase support activities.
- Assist with rendering, presentation materials, and design visualization efforts.
- Contribute to maintaining project quality, schedules, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members in a positive and professional work environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited program, or currently pursuing a degree.
- 2-5 years of experience in architectural drafting, design, and construction document production.
- Proficiency in Revit
- Experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max, or similar rendering and visualization software is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for occasional site visits.
