What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator - Mental Health Program (PT) position at Passaic County Community College?
We are seeking a part-time Project Coordinator who is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and implementation of the Mental Health in Higher Education Community Provider Partnerships and Professional Development program. The Project Coordinator reports to the Project Director.
Example of Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day implementation of project activities including connecting and coordinating with key Passaic programs and community partners to expand mental health awareness, support and services beyond what the college is already providing.
- Coordinate professional development activities for the project.
- Track student participation in activities and services.
- Track faculty and staff participation in professional development opportunities.
- Order supplies and materials for the program.
- Participate in program evaluation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling or related field required.
- Experience with working with underserved students.
- Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred.
The completion of a background check will be required for the selected candidate.
Compensation: Compensation is determined by a variety of criteria, including but not limited to, previous relevant experience, education level, and certifications. The hourly pay range for this position is $20-$25.
