We're currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This administrative role is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining daily therapy schedules for clients, ensuring alignment with each client's individualized treatment plan.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Creates maintain daily schedules for all clients
- Ensure scheduling aligns with each client's assigned program
- Collaborates with the treatment team to create the best structure for residents.
- Works with the administrator and program director on therapist schedules.
- Adjusts schedules with needed changes and communicates changes to clients and staff
- Assist with problem-solving and scheduling conflicts as they arise
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled services and sessions
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Drivers License: Current, valid California Driver License with a good driving record (at the sole discretion of the company) required.
- Must fulfill pre-employment conditions: tuberculosis screening (annually thereafter), background check (including criminal and driving record check), drug screening, and reference checks. Ongoing monitoring and screenings during employment in accordance with the law and company policy.
