Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Receptionist
Location: 120 S. Randolph Ave. Elkins, WV 26241
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (32 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)
Compensation: $12.00 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to be the face and voice of our Elkins office. In this role, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors, manage incoming phone calls, and ensure our lobby remains clean and inviting. If you love interacting with people and thrive in a hospitality-focused environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Hospitality: Warmly greet individuals upon arrival, assist with check-in, and provide a stellar first impression.
- Phone Communication: Answer incoming calls, route inquiries to the correct team members, and answer basic questions about our services.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming lobby and waiting area throughout the day.
- Basic Administration: Help direct the daily flow of the office and assist with minor clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and positive demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a professional office setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent (previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus).
