Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test scalable web applications using C#/.NET Framework and React
- Maintain and enhance existing web applications (bug fixes, performance optimization, feature upgrades)
- Develop and integrate APIs and web services
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Prepare technical documentation in both English and Japanese
- In the future, contribute to Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation and support projects
- 5 years of software development experience (including Java)
- Strong proficiency in C# / .NET Framework / ASP.NET / MVC
- Experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Database experience with MS SQL
- Familiarity with PowerShell or other scripting languages
- Experience using Git or Azure DevOps for source control
- Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (business level)
- Interest in building a long-term career in ERP consulting (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience with unit testing and Azure REST API
- Knowledge of Postman for API testing
- Understanding of basic business processes (Finance, Sales, Inventory)
- Experience with RPA tools (Power Automate, UiPath)
