Key Responsibilities
- Lead new business development and account management across North American customers.
- Conduct market research, gather competitor and customer insights, and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with Japan HQ and local teams to ensure customer satisfaction and stable supply.
- Support pricing, negotiation, and proposal creation for key accounts.
- Represent the company in trade shows, industry events, and customer visits as required.
- Experience: 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in the chemical, automotive, or materials industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
- Mindset: Highly self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Cultural fit: Understanding of Japanese business culture is strongly preferred.
- Language: English required; Japanese understanding a plus.
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Office: Novi, MI
- Occasional business travel may be required (limited travel to ATL or other regions).
- Annual Salary: USD $80,000–$90,000, depending on experience and capability.
- Start Date: ASAP
- Employment Type: Full-time, exempt.
- Demonstrates strong ownership and ability to move fast with minimal supervision.
- Has prior experience working in cross-cultural environments, ideally involving Japan.

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
