Position Summary

Professional Korean language ability is required.

The Senior Account Representative manages an established customer territory while developing long-term client relationships and identifying new sales opportunities. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing consultative sales support, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent service throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing industrial customers.
• Visit customer sites regularly to maintain accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Recommend products and technical solutions based on customer needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations when appropriate.
• Prepare sales quotations with internal support teams.
• Maintain accurate pricing, contracts, inventory, and sales documentation.
• Develop monthly territory sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Stay current on product knowledge through ongoing training and manufacturer workshops.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support customers.

Qualifications

Required:

• Professional level Korean language ability required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of outside sales, account management, or related B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer relationship and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred:

• Experience selling industrial equipment, machinery, automation products, or technical solutions.
• Experience working with industrial distributors or manufacturing customers.
