Responsibilities
Receive and review procurement-related documents and enter data into the company’s online system.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records, databases, and tracking lists.
Create, update, and manage databases while maintaining daily processing records.
Verify information, identify missing data, and update files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Communicate with suppliers and internal team members to support smooth business operations.
Process Forms, Reports, And Other Documentation As Required.
Prepare and process purchasing documentation, including purchase orders and related records.
Enter orders through supplier portals and maintain procurement records.
Coordinate with buyers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise.
Provide backup support for team members during absences.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
0–1 years of experience in an administrative, purchasing, procurement, logistics, or related role preferred.
Strong data entry and computer skills.
Ability to accurately input, maintain, and retrieve information using computer systems.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Typing proficiency required.
Japanese Language Skills Are Not Required.

Reports directly to the Manager.
