Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of acceleration and business support programs
- Track participant attendance and maintain program records
- Collect, organize, and distribute program-related documentation
- Communicate updates and important information to program participants and sponsors
- Create internal and external materials to support program operations
- Assist with logistics for in-person events, including catering, venue setup, and transportation arrangements
- Draft participant feedback surveys and collect program evaluation data
- Compile program reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders, including Japanese government-related organizations
- Coordinate closely with internal teams on event planning and program execution
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure successful program delivery
- Daily on-site attendance at the Cambridge, MA office is required
- During intensive program periods, active support for in-person events and activities will be expected
- Due to collaboration with Japan-based stakeholders, the role may require occasional early morning and/or evening work outside standard business hours
- Minimum 1 year of professional work experience required
- Experience working with Japanese companies, organizations, or government agencies is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (reading, writing, and communication) required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business software tools
- Japanese-English bilingual professional interested in international business, innovation, entrepreneurship, or program management
- Strong communicator with excellent follow-through and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting
