Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customs entry documents
- Review shipping and import/export documents
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and government regulations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate with internal teams, customers, and related parties regarding customs clearance
- Experience in customs brokerage, import, or logistics preferred
- Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Japanese language skills are a plus, but not required
