Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and update a customer inquiry control sheet and share with the operations team
- Provide business support by extracting data from the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including LOT numbers and expiration dates
- Coordinate internally and externally to gather required information for order fulfillment
- Support general administrative tasks and assist with special projects as assigned
- Maintain accurate customer work profiles and service rates
- Cross-train on additional responsibilities as needed
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Patience and adaptability in working with complex approval processes
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing customer-facing documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Problem-solving ability and strong common-sense reasoning
- Familiarity with warehouse or logistics operations is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and perform basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree or some college coursework preferred
- Relevant work experience in customer service, logistics, or order processing
- Primarily a sedentary, office-based role involving frequent computer use and phone communication
- Requires regular sitting, talking, and listening; occasional walking and use of hands for typing or filing
