Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with enterprise clients
- Lead consultative, solution-based sales engagements
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Develop proposals and deliver presentations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions
- 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience in new business development and managing a sales pipeline
- Ability to independently manage and close deals
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX
- U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available)
- Experience with enterprise or OEM clients
- Experience in technical, industrial, or complex solution sales environments
- Experience working with global or Japanese companies
- Experience managing longer sales cycles or multiple stakeholders
Base salary: $80,000 – $120,000
