Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential clients and market opportunities
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies using multiple channels (email, phone, social media, networking)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations to prospects
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and pricing information
- Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up systematically
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients
- Maintain professional communication throughout the sales cycle
- Act as a brand ambassador and gather market feedback
- Coordinate with sales and account teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Track all business development activities and maintain accurate records in CRM
- Contribute to achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
- Provide insights to inform company strategy and positioning
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of sales development, business development, or relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets
