Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate sales activities for assigned strategic accounts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies based on market conditions and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
- Support product design-in, technical discussions, and reference design efforts.
- Present and negotiate product technical and commercial information to customers.
- Provide sales forecasts, market data, and competitive analysis to management.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, technical service, and manufacturing teams.
- Participate in product and sales training, trade shows, and presentations.
- Manage customer visits and communications, ensuring timely follow-up on all actions.
- Prepare and issue quotations while adhering to company pricing policies.
- Achieve assigned sales and profitability targets.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3–10 years of experience in electronic component sales (OEM or distribution).
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, international business, and project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.
- Technical knowledge in electronic engineering or related fields.
- Experience managing distributor and manufacturer representative relationships.
