Job Summary

Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, assist a certificated teacher in reinforcing instruction to individual or small groups of students.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must have 48 semester units OR pass the district Paraeducator written (NCLB) exam. If you would like to be placed on the list for the next test offered in Paso Robles, please contact Marcy Garcia at 769-1000 ext 30113. In addition, the County Office (SLOCOE) offers the test every Thursday morning at 9 am. The SLO County Office of Education, located across from Cuesta College on Highway One. Please call ahead of time to schedule your appointment (805) 543-7732.
